Biodegradable bags are a pity

Scientists have long puzzled over an alternative to plastic packaging. And one of the successful inventions is biodegradable packages which:

    1. Initial, in which decomposition into harmless components occurs.

    2. Absolute, in which the material finally decomposes into water, humus and carbon dioxide (without heavy metals and toxins) and becomes a nutrient medium for bacteria, fungi and microorganisms. the addition of d2w additives to plastic, and at the moment it is the only technology that has been tested against existing European and American standards, and also complies with the EU Packaging Waste Directive.

       

      < p>There is no scientific evidence to date that when d2w additive is used correctly, bags break down into microplastics.

       

      But this the myth can really become true if:

       

      • In the production of biodegradable bags, uncertified cheap analogues of the additive d2w are used, which do not complete the stage of plastic decomposition;

      • Production technologies are violated, and d2w additive is introduced in insufficient proportion;

      • During the manufacture of packages, the declared d2w additive is not introduced at all for lowering the cost of products.

       

      Such products, falling into the environment, really cause harm, remaining in the form of fragments that did not decompose for many years .
